You can check the Activity Log of each Lead to find out all the past actions performed on the lead like Lead Status change, Lead Rating update, etc.
Click the Activity Log button next to the Lead.
2. Activity Log drawer will open where you can find all the actions performed on the lead, who made the changes and the date and time when the action was performed.
