# Customer Connect from Platform

You can now connect with your customers **directly from the platform** using the **Call button** and **WhatsApp** feature for faster and easier communication.

1\. **Call Button** - Easily connect with customers via a quick call from your mobile device.

2\. **WhatsApp** -  Direct link to your WhatsApp for chat, document, and detail sharing. This WhatApp feature will be hyperlinked with the logged in WhatsApp for the current device.
