Funnel Metrics

See current values for all the Funnel Metrics for the past 30 days or for the selected period.

Funnel Metrics section, displayed at the top left of the Dashboard, shows you the current values of various metrics like (ad) Spend, Impressions, Clicks, Calls, Paid Leads, Cost Per Lead, etc. for the last 30 days or for the selected time period.

Funnel Metrics helps you to analyze the performance of your campaigns.

By default, Funnel Metrics are displayed for the previous 30 days. You can change the time period using the Time Period Widget, placed at the top right of the Dashboard.

The following Funnel Metrics are displayed:

  1. Spend: Total Ad Spends for the selected time period for all the campaigns

  2. Clicks: Total number of clicked on all the ads for the selected time period

  3. Leads: Total number of leads generated for the selected time period

  4. Unattributed Leads: Total number of unattributed leads for the selected time period.

  5. Cost Per Lead: As the name suggests, it's the average cost per lead, i.e. the cost you're paying to acquire a lead

  6. Lead with status: Leads with some assigned status.

  7. Missed calls: Percentage of the total number of calls missed out of total number of calls you have received for the selected time period.

To change the time period for which you want to view the Funnel Metrics, go to the Date widget at the top right of the Dashboard and select the desired duration.
