# Introduction to Leads

After logging in to the platform via the [link](https://hyundai.onlinesales.ai/lms), you'll land on the Leads screen.&#x20;

You'll find all your leads listed here generated through various channels like Facebook ads, Instagram ads, and Google ads. **Leads are potential customers who have shown interest in your ad and have filled up the lead form in the ad.**&#x20;

You can use the Leads screen to,&#x20;

* Check **Lead Details** like name, email id, contact no, etc.&#x20;
* Find **car-related** details like car model, fuel type, transmission, color, etc. in which the customer has shown interest
* **Edit Lead Details** if the leads are generated via Google call ads.&#x20;
* Set **Lead Status** like Initial Call Done, Test Drive Scheduled, Follow Up, Negotiation, Purchased, etc
* Add **Lead Notes**
* Set **Lead Reminders**
* Check **Activity Log** of the Leads
