Introduction to Leads

A quick view at the various sections of the Dashboard

After logging in to the platform via the link, you'll land on the Leads screen.

You'll find all your leads listed here generated through various channels like Facebook ads, Instagram ads, and Google ads. Leads are potential customers who have shown interest in your ad and have filled up the lead form in the ad.

You can use the Leads screen to,

  • Check Lead Details like name, email id, contact no, etc.

  • Find car-related details like car model, fuel type, transmission, color, etc. in which the customer has shown interest

  • Edit Lead Details if the leads are generated via Google call ads.

  • Set Lead Status like Initial Call Done, Test Drive Scheduled, Follow Up, Negotiation, Purchased, etc

  • Add Lead Notes

  • Set Lead Reminders

  • Check Activity Log of the Leads
