Editing Lead Details

Please note that lead details can be edited only for leads generated through Google Call Ads. We recommend regularly updating lead information to manage leads efficiently and enhance sales performance. To begin, ask the customer for their Name, Email ID, Interested Model, and whether they wish to exchange their old car, and update these details in the Lead section.

After a potential customer clicks on your Google call ad and submits the lead form on your website, you will be connected with the customer via call patching.

Based on your discussion on the call, you can edit the following Lead Details on the Dashboard.

To proceed, click on the required Lead column and you will get below view on the basis of lead format i.e Call lead or Form filled lead

  • Car Model: Select the car which the customer is interested in buying like Creata, New Venue, Exter, i20, etc.

  • Fuel Type: You can choose between Petrol or Diesel, or you can choose 'All' if the customer is open to buying any of the two.

  • Color: Choose the car color that the customer wants to buy based on your calls with the customer.

  • Transmission: Choose between automatic or manual depending upon the customer's interest. Choose 'All' if the customer is open to buying either of the two options.

  • Exchange Car : Ask the customer whether they wish to exchange their old car and accordingly update as Yes or No
