Editing Lead Details

After a potential customer clicks on your Google call ad and submits the lead form on your website, you will be connected with the customer via call patching.

Based on your discussion on the call, you can edit the following Lead Details on the Dashboard.

  • Car Model: Select the car which the customer is interested in buying like Verna, i20, i10, Creta, etc.

  • Fuel Type: You can choose between Petrol or Diesel, or you can choose 'All' if the customer is open to buying any of the two.

  • Transmission: Choose between automatic or manual depending upon the customer's interest. Choose 'All' if the customer is open to buying either of the two options.

  • Color: Choose the car color that the customer wants to buy based on your calls with the customer.

Please note that you can edit the Leads only in case of Leads coming from Google call ads. We recommend to regularly update the lead details to efficiently manage your leads and sell better.
