How do I make offline payments?

Once the Dealer Principal has signed the agreement, they will be taken to Outlet Activation Page

They need to select their Outlet and click on “ACTIVATE”

A pop-up window will open and they will see their retainer payment breakup. In order to add money to their media wallet they need to enter amount in the box on the screen and then click “CONFIRM”

After clicking on “CONFIRM”, they will see the “PAY OFFLINE” option at the bottom right hand side, which is for RTGS

After clicking on Pay Offline, they will be shown our Bank Details which they would need for RTGS. Once they’ve completed the payment, they need to enter the transaction ID, description and upload the proof of payment (screenshot etc)

After they fill all the details and enter SUBMIT, they will be taken to the store activation screen where they will see that their store is Pending Activation.

Our Finance team will confirm the payment and approve from our end, after which dealers can launch their campaigns. Note - TAT for all RTGS payments after details have been submitted by the dealer will be 3 business days.
