New Feature Release

New features on your Hyperlocal dashboard to help you get better visibility of your campaigns and assist you to take actions as required

  • Leads with Status: Shows the total % of leads with a status. This will help you identify and update the unrated leads so that the platform can learn and optimise your ads accordingly for better ROI.

  • Missed Call %: Shows the total % of calls missed either by the agent or by the customers. This will help you to measure the sales efficiency.

  • Warm + hot leads: Instead of the total number of leads, now see only the number of warm and hot leads generated from a campaign. This will help you understand how many qualified leads are being generated from the respective campaigns.

  • Unattributed leads: This is applicable for dealers who have paid retainer and activated campaigns after X days. During those X days, leads will be shown on the dashboard and will be counted as unattributed leads. Leads generated after the start of the campaign will be used in CPL calculation.
