Agent Updation

You will be able to update the Sales Agent and Service agent numbers for your outlet from the dashboard.

You can visit Settings > Profile

Under Profile, You will see another tab named 'Agent Details'

Under 'Agent Details' , you will see 2 sections:

a) Sales Agent Details

This section contains the 3 Digital Champions who are currently mapped to your outlet. If in any case, you want to update the Digital Champion Name or number, you can do it directly from this UI itself.

You can also decide the priority of the Digital Champions and update the current priority as well.

b) Service Agent Details

This section contains the Service agent details who will receive the SMS for every service lead that comes in to the LMS.

You can update the Service agent details from this UI.
