Lead Status Update

To enrich our dealers experience with our platform, we are introducing a new feature which would ensure that the health of the leads are maintained and they are successfully syncing to the GDMS System as well.

For every lead that is coming in your outlet, before updating the status of the lead, it is mandatory to fill in the basic details for the lead such as:

a) Name of the Lead b) Email Address of the Lead c) Interested Car Model

Without these information filled in for a lead, you will not be able to update the Status of the Lead. [ As shown below ]

These checks are in the place for a few of the Lead statuses:

a) Initial Call Done b) Test Drive Scheduled c) Follow Up d) Negotiation e) Retail f) Booking Done

Adding this check in the LMS will improve the further lead quality along with making sure that all the information for the lead is captured correctly in the system leading to a successful sync in the GDMS System.
