These are the dealers who have not adopted the platform efficiently yet and needs to engage better with the program.

There can be multiple reasons for the low adoption of the platform such as product processes not clear to the users, dealers not putting in high number of SKUs in the campaigns etc.

What can you do? [ Best Practices ]:

  1. Contact these dealers and identify the pain points for them.

  2. Schedule training sessions along with the OS team to help them understand the platform better.

  3. Continous follow up with these dealers to ensure they are following the trainings provided to them.

  4. Share the best practices followed by other dealers
