**Dealers who are about to exhaust their budget**

The report gives the list of dealers whose wallet balance is about to exhaust and their campaigns are going to be paused soon.&#x20;

1. Contact these dealers to top-up their wallet balance to avoid campaign pause
2. Incentivise the dealers to top-up their wallet

**Dealers who have exhausted their budgets**

These are the dealers who have already exhausted their budgets and their campaigns have been paused

*What can you do? \[ Best Practices ]:*&#x20;

1. Contact the dealers to let them know about the effect of campaigns being paused in the paused state: New leads not coming in, Ads stop appearing on FB and Google etc.&#x20;

**Dealers who are nearing their Retainer Renewal**&#x20;

The report gives the list of dealers who are  nearing their platform renewal date. These dealers need immediate action to get their platform renewed on time. Failing to do so will lead to suspension of the platform.&#x20;

1. Contact the sellers and let them know the consequences of the retainer getting over the platform.&#x20;
2. Incentivising the dealers to get their subscription renewed.&#x20;

**Dealer Activation Plan Status**

The report gives the Activation status and the number of days remaining till the subscription will get over for all the active dealers. \
The dealers marked in ‘Red’ are the ones which need your immediate attention since it's been more than a month since their retainer has expired. <br>
